Everything is 100% gluten-free and can also be made dairy free or vegetarian. The food was pretty good, although I think describing ‘The Sam’ as Turkish eggs was a bit misleading. The majority of the dish is diced tomatoes and hash browns, not eggs or garlic yoghurt. Went for lunch on a weekday and the kitchen was backed up so there was a 45 minute wait for food to come out. The staff were friendly but the waitress had to be reminded that my meal was supposed to come with toast.
