They mark items on the menu that are always gluten free and have a separate mark for items that can be made gluten free. A large portion of the menu falls into one of these two categories. They're super accommodating, and the servers are very knowledgeable. The food is also incredible. Our favorite place to eat in the area.
We are a family of 6, all celiac. We ordered lots of things from the menu, and were super impressed by the ability of this place to accommodate for our needs (my mom is also vegetarian!) without making us feel second class. We had the shrimp and grits with gluten free bread, their beef/steak panini (YUM - it had a horsey sauce on it that was awesome), two of their salads, their gumbo (I couldn't believe it's GF!), Ceviche, their spicy shrimps in this awesome red sauce I don't remember the name, the duck confit and grits, and their hummus plate with GF bread and crackers.
Nearly everything on our menu is gluten free. Our recipes for tapas and small plates are scratch made, and the ingredients controlled carefully! We have Louisiana & European shareable plates with loads of flavor. Our menu is clearly marked with symbols so you know what you are ordering! We have 4 types of gluten free crackers, as well as locally made gluten free bread. We don't add gluten to most of our recipes.
They make it super easy to order as most of the things in the menu are inherently gluten free. Was pretty awesome that they have not only gluten-free bread but also our charcuterie was gluten free for the table. I had a friend who has a nut allergy and they were very accommodating to that as well!
