Their items are marked as gluten friendly and I previously have enjoyed the pad Thai but as of recently they must be having issues with cross-contamination.

Make sure to mention to treat for gluten-allergy. They will then clean the pans and utensils, and take care not to cross-contaminate. While some items are gluten-free on the menu still make sure to specify allergy so they clean because it is not the default treatment. You can sub GF noodles into other dishes but there is no guarantee the other ingredients will be GF then. I've been eating here for years- the GF labelled items- with celiac disease and never had a problem, even when doing online orders where everyone else has gluten. Staff has been nothing but kind, friendly, and respectful. I feel comfortable here, and the food is excellent.

Safety tends to vary from location to location. At this one, my celiac daughter ordered a soup they said was gf, then found regular noodles mixed in with the gf noodles. Staff did not show concern when I pointed it out. I hope they've since been trained better.
I did my research prior to coming here, so I knew they had a gluten-free menu, but I quizzed the girl taking my order anyway on how they prepare the gluten-free dishes. I knew I wanted the pad thai because it's naturally gluten-free, but they can also sub in gluten-free pasta for many of their other dishes. I told the cashier I have a gluten and dairy allergy, and asked them to cook my noodles in fresh water, and put an allergy alert on my order. She was very friendly and said they do that with all of their allergy orders. She seemed knowledgeable and I was so happy to be able to have pad thai again! It's also fast, cheap, and easy - overall a good experience.
Gluten free menu and knowledgable staff make this a friendly decent option for GF diners.
When ordering I was ensured cross contamination would be avoided as much as possible. I felt comfortable with the people making my meal. It was fresh and hot

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly
