I don't know if it was just because they had only just opened a couple of months when we had visited there but their staff had no idea what Gluten Free was! They were suggesting things that were not gluten free and when we asked them which ones are, they just said be safe and stick with salads. Ummm we didnt go to NOODLES AND COMPANY to eat a salad! We were inquiring about the sauces and they had no idea what gluten was, what celiac was, the concept of cross contamination etc. So we like spent 10 minutes explaining to 3 of their staff what Celiac's disease was and why they need to be completely Gluten Free! I mean if they were going to advertise that they are a gluten-free friendly place and list themselves in celiac friendly lists they should at least educate their staff first! On top of that, they messed up our order and didn't add the meat (chicken) we had asked onto my husbands plate, so i gave him a few slices from mine while I flagged down the manager passing by (we came from the gym and were both in dire need of protein). I was explaining their mistake and the manager interrupts me then looks at me all sarcastic and tells me that my husband is eating the chicken right now and rolls his eyes. I almost punched him in the gut. We never came back there, as the food wasn't really anything special (seriously I could have cooked all that crap better what was the point in going there), the servings were small and the people were clueless.
We ordered online and said we had gluten and dairy allergies, but when we got the food it had cheese on it, also apparently the meatballs with the spaghetti dish had gluten In them(which we read online after we ordered). I haven’t had this issue with other noodles and companies before.
Menu with gluten free selections. Chicken with zucchini spirals was delicious and I didn't get sick! The staff seemed to have a procedure for gluten free prep and the order staff referred to management when I asked a question they weren't sure of. The order staff seemed to understand importance of my situation. I'll go again.
There were a few options. I had the gluten friendly Mac n cheese and it was delicious with no reaction. They did ask if I was ordering gluten free due to an allergy, but I'm not sure if that means they do anything different in food prep or not.
We ordered from Uber eats and said we had a gluten allergy and got the gluten free pasta and there was a random noodle that I found at the bottom that could have been a regular noodle so beware of cross contamination
Several gf options and they have zucchini noodles or corn/rice noodles that can be subbed in any dish. Staff was very helpful
Both my hubs and I ordered GF meals. We both found crunchy pieces of fried chicken in our dishes and when they took mine back to be remade it looked as though they just put fresh cheese on top. Really disappointed.
Honestly, not sure about cross contamination in the back of the kitchen. I have eaten here twice and loved it. I have gotten it to go and the pasta holds up and tastes good. Worth a try
The staff asked if it was an allergy and I advised celiac. The manager had to sign off. They cooked my chicken in the oven instead of on a sheet with the other meat. I got yummy macaroni with the new GF pasta and added grilled chicken. It was so yummy that I questioned if it was GF- but so far so good!
I used to go here all the time for the gluten free Mac and cheese and never had anything wrong. Recently they changed there menu and tonight I went and ordered what I normally do and I didn’t feel good after eating it.
Tried the Pad Thai gluten free and was slightly skeptical because the last time I ate at a different location I got sick but thankfully I had a good experience with this location
I have celiacs and am super sensitive to cross contamination. I come here a lot anyways (for lack of gluten free restaurant options) because i love pasta, but Ive definitely gotten sick here before. Not every time, but theyre not guaranteed safe from cross contamination. I usually ask for the gluten free pasta for an allergy, ask them to change their gloves, and make sure they make it in fresh water. So you could eat here and probably be ok, but its not guaranteed safe every time.
This is one of my go-to’s when I eat out. I have only ever gotten their pad Thai, and I always make sure to note that I’m celiac, but I have never had any issue here, and I am incredibly sensitive to cross contamination.

I usually like eating at Noodles and Company, but this time they got it all wrong. I ordered the spicy Korean beef gluten-free with rice noodle and my husband, who is not GF, ordered the mac and cheese with pulled pork and no jalapeños or veggies. When they brought us our food, mine had the wrong kind of pasta so they took it pack and prepared it again. They brought my meal back out with the rice noodles and half way through I found a wheat noodle. My husband, who had been picking mushrooms out of his food, took my plate back and balled them out. My husband then came back an said they looked totally clueless. The young man who had taken our older said that the Korean beef was not gluten free even. When we said the menu said it was and that I had asked for it that way with rice noodles he said the sauce was not. However, he did try to make things right and offer me anything I wanted off the gluten free menu. On our way out, we looked at the menu we had seen and the Korean beef had a GF next to it indicating it could be made gluten free.
We dine here all the time because this was one of the few restaurants that my daughter with celiac could safely dine at. Boy were we wrong! As she got to the bottom of her GF macaroni & cheese, she noted that the pasta was no longer the corkscrew (fazzoli) but also had macaroni noodles. Clearly, this was cross-contaminated and not all precautions were taken whether it was the water, colander, etc. i spoke with manager on and he did not comprehend the seriousness of the matter. Clearly retraining needs to occur and I will follow-up with the general manager in the morning to educate but as for now, they have lost my confidence & trust. We will no longer be dining here. If I could give them zero stars, I would!
2019 update - three years later and still one of our go to places. My daughter loves their Mac and Cheese! The staff are always careful, never a bad experience. Always GF. It's one of our go to places for my daughter who has celiac. Never a bad experience and always careful.
Just be careful don't trust automatically what they give you is gluten free, they put the bread crumbs on the Mac n cheese when I got it once. Otherwise great careful about cooking stuff separately I always feel like they take me seriously
