Review of Noodles and Company

Noodles & Company is one of those rare "fast food" companies that has a full GF menu with allergen list accompanying it. They have their own gf pasta to make almost any regular dish. Their Pad Thai is delicious. When you order off the gf menu the server will mark it as an allergy and tell the cooks so they use a dedicated pan for you. They really seem to know what they are doing for people with allergies.
