Review of Noodles and Rice

I called before I came and asked about a menu. She said they specifically note gluten free noodles, all of the fried rice and soups are safe. You can pick any of those with your choice of protein. She was knowledgeable. She said to stay away from any of the processed foods (shrimp paste, beef balls, etc.) because they don’t make them in house and they don’t know what the ingredients are.
