Review of North Side Tavern Restaurant

Got served a regular bun while on my first day of vacation here. Had to go throw it up in the bathroom. Staff was very sorry for their mistake, but that should NOT have happened. Everything I and my friend ordered was gluten free. Anyways I would say it was a one time happening but I am too scared to return. The gluten free fried pickles and fries are great.

Sashia we are now able to respond to reviews and we clearly remember this one time mistake happening, so much so that we use this event as part of our staff GF training. We assure you in the 6 years since it happened it never happened again. We felt horrible about the whole event and still do. We were a newer restaurant back then and have evolved, have more protocols in place and learned quite a bit. We hope you might drop by again after reading other reviews and give us another chance. Lets us know we really want to treat you well.
