I eat here a lot. You do have to be careful because they have a variety of open face toasts available, and they use real bread—-I believe they carry gf bread, but I would stay away from ordering any toast. They do keep a separate prep area for bread. Their menu is labeled with GF and all their sauces are GF. It’s delicious and healthy. Also a good spot for a raw gluten free dessert from their fridge

Very good food, I’ve never gotten glutened there, BUT you need to read the ingredients lists carefully. “Dandy Latte” is marked gf on the menu even though it contains barley and rye.

Very good food. They wouldn’t “guarantee” that there was no cross contamination but they were willing to change out utensils that had been used for gluten containing items. Menus are labeled GF where applicable.

I wanted to like this cute cafe, nice menu l, many healthy GF and vegan choices. The Saturday lunch time visited they were out of vegan cheese. I ordered Garden toast on GF bread; could smell the burning toast, which sure enough was mine, with the added bonus of a mushy, just defrosted interior. The toppings were yummy, so my mixed review. Would hope staff at this type of cafe know how to deal w GF bread
