Great pizza, I really enjoyed the GF crust they have. No signs of contamination, which is impressive for a pizza place. Their menu specifically calls out catering towards dietary restrictions.

These are the best wings we have had! Server is very experienced and knew exactly what we needed to stay as safe as possible! Pizza crust is really good as well.
Gluten free crust that is certified. They use separate oven plate and pizza cutters. They toss their regular pizza in GF flour so there’s no cross contamination from particles floating in the air across the kitchen. And the tots go in the oven, not a fryer, so those are safe too! All the pizza options are available GF. Loved it!
Based on reviews I felt confident ordering pizza here. When I called in my order I spoke with James who was knowledgeable about their menu and items. Lots of options to choose from. My only complaint is one of personal taste preference: the sauce is very tomato forward (ie it tasted straight up like a tomato), but was easy enough to scrape off.

Absolutely incredible NY style pizza. We went twice in 3 days. The server knows exactly what is GF and the kitchen is celiac safe because they use GF flower when tossing their REGULAR pizzas. So any flour in the air is GF. Wings are baked, not fried, and celiac safe. Pizzas are baked in the same oven but GF have dedicated pans.
Those of us who eat gluten loved our pizza. The 50% of our family who is celiac said it was the best pizza and crust they’ve had in a long time, maybe ever. Please support this little place. It’s hard to find, but the views once you get there over the lake are magnificent. Also have a location at Copper Mountain!

The owner is celiac so they have separate trays for pizzas and wings are all safe and gluten free. The pizza was fantastic. They have dairy free cheese as well. We will definitely be back.

Best GF pizza I ever had. Magnificent crust!! Pizzas are bigger than your usual 8" crust. Highly recommend. Even the gluten eaters loved it.
This was a pleasant surprise. Stopped in for a drink, and decided to casually peruse the menu. Not only can they do any of their pizzas gluten free, they’re crust is certified, and they have special procedures in place to avoid cross-contamination. It was also far and away the best GF crust I’ve ever had. It tasted like a fluffy breadstick. I’m general, just really good pizza. And I didn’t get sick, so I’m very happy.
