Absolutely incredible NY style pizza. We went twice in 3 days. The server knows exactly what is GF and the kitchen is celiac safe because they use GF flower when tossing their REGULAR pizzas. So any flour in the air is GF. Wings are baked, not fried, and celiac safe. Pizzas are baked in the same oven but GF have dedicated pans.
Those of us who eat gluten loved our pizza. The 50% of our family who is celiac said it was the best pizza and crust they’ve had in a long time, maybe ever. Please support this little place. It’s hard to find, but the views once you get there over the lake are magnificent. Also have a location at Copper Mountain!
