When I walked in and asked about GF options, I was told they had nothing so I turned around and walked out!
I love Nudy’s gf waffles! But I was told by the last wattress I had that they use the same waffle iron for gf waffles as they use for regular ones. I thought I’d be ok because I usually get the waffles. About 20 min into eating it, I had an asthma attack. Worse than normal. I realized that I usually do have an attack when eating there. But I never thought it was the waffles since they claim them to be gf. 🤷♀ Sadly I won’t be having a waffle there anymore.
This is probably one of my favorite breakfast places because of their waffles and pancakes! Some of the staff aren’t totally confident about cross-contamination so i would stick to the basics or the specifically marked GF things.

Not a specific gluten free menu but GF pancakes and waffles are available. Both tasty and the staff seem to be knowledgeable. Our Hostess was GF and have some useful info.
I’d stick to the basics here. When I went the staff wasn’t very informed and it was a bit stressful because of that.

Unfortunately this is not a celiac-safe restaurant. They do offer gluten free pancakes and waffles, but both the waitress and the manager confirmed they could not prepare or cook these items in a gluten-free space. The owner was very kind and took the risk of cross contamination seriously and I’m thankful for that.
The food is delicious but I’ve had symptoms both times I’ve come here. I think I’ll have to cross it off my list. I’d love their recipe if it’s just a cross contact issue (which I assume it is)
Nudy’s is a local breakfast and lunch chain. I got gluten free banana pancakes (they are huge!). Staff was able to clean off a spot on the cooktop for my pancakes since the cooktop is also used for the regular pancakes. The waffles are made in the same waffle iron as regular waffles at this location. The pancakes were delicious and I did not get sick! I will definitely be coming back and will ask more about other GF options (sandwiches, omelettes, etc)
