I came because I saw they had gf seasonal fall pancakes on their menu and was excited to try them! Unfortunately, they use a shared griddle with the regular pancakes so my waitress recommended not getting them and to get a waffle instead! The waffle iron is used just for gf batter so it had little risk of cross contamination! The waffle was delicious and did not crumble or fall apart at all! Highly recommend! I have also had the huevos rancheros here and had no reaction.
Menu says they have gluten free pancakes , but when I asked if it was celiac safe they said it’s all cooked on the same grill and they can’t be held accountable

I had lunch here and sat outside on a lovely day. Gluten free items were not marked on the menu, but our server was patient and knowledgeable and followed up to answer our questions. I had a salad with grilled shrimp. The salad was fresh and the shrimp were tasty. I asked about precautions and they said they would make my salad in a separate area away from the bread. I asked about breakfast and they said they could cook my meal separately to avoid cross contact. I will return for breakfast! It would be great if GF items were marked on the menu but otherwise it was good food, reasonably priced, felt safe, I didn’t get sick, I will return.
Update: this is my favorite breakfast place. I have been probably 15 times without issue. I always get the cinnamon bun GF pancakes and they are delicious, along with an omelet. Run don’t walk - I ❤ Nudy’s!
The server knew what I could safely have. My GF pancake was made in a separate pan instead of the griddle. I had the cinnamon bun pancake with bacon and eggs. So good!

Best gluten free pancakes ever!!! Server always makes sure to give a warning about shared preparation surfaces (but since I’m intolerant not celiac it’s okay for me). I wish they had a little more options tho since the pancakes are the only thing specifically labeled as gluten free. This place has become the designated brunch spot for me and my family
Unfortunately this is not a celiac-safe restaurant. They do offer gluten free pancakes and waffles, but both the waitress and the manager confirmed they could not prepare or cook these items in a gluten-free space. The owner was very kind and took the risk of cross contamination seriously and I’m thankful for that.
The food is delicious but I’ve had symptoms both times I’ve come here. I think I’ll have to cross it off my list. I’d love their recipe if it’s just a cross contact issue (which I assume it is)
Nudy’s is a local breakfast and lunch chain. I got gluten free banana pancakes (they are huge!). Staff was able to clean off a spot on the cooktop for my pancakes since the cooktop is also used for the regular pancakes. The waffles are made in the same waffle iron as regular waffles at this location. The pancakes were delicious and I did not get sick! I will definitely be coming back and will ask more about other GF options (sandwiches, omelettes, etc)
