This bakery/cafe is the best dedicated GF bakery that I’ve been to in Seattle and reminds me of French patisserie. The BLT sandwich that I had for lunch there was delicious, and their toasted bread they used had an excellent texture and flavor. The snickerdoodle cookie that I had for dessert was perfect. The baked goods are obviously made with care and look as good as they taste. Highly recommended.
