Review of Nuflours Bakery

It's definitely gluten-free, however, I wasn't overly impressed by the offerings. The good-morning muffin with bacon was bland, and the cinnamon roll just "okay." I will say, in the item we really enjoyed - jalapeño quiche - the crust was great! I would try the food again though, maybe some other items are more flavorful.
