Review of Nuflours Bakery

Nuflours is THE place to go for GF baked goods in Seattle. They are a 100% dedicated gluten free establishment. Everything is good -- the best items are the Cinnamon roles, the quiche, the spinach + feta handpie, and the Cardamom muffin. I have also ordered cakes from them for parties. You can walk in and pick up like a normal pastry/coffee shop experience (delightful!) and they also offer order ahead for larger quantities of cinnamon roles, cakes, breads, etc. For Thanksgiving they do stuffing as well, and I believe now also ship on Amazon. They are located on 15th street, which is a cute area to shop around, and they recently re-did/upscaled the decor and seating so that you can sit and eat your snack or catch up with a friend. The overall experience is fantastic.
