The waitress was honest that she doesn’t think they have anything GF except salad. All salad served with fried or grilled chicken. Had a coke for lunch.
Haven't gotten sick here. The food is pretty good if you don't fill up on strawberry lemonades like I do. Still, not many options although staff are knowledgeable.
Not many choices beyond salads which I cannot eat so I did not eat there check their online menu.

must look through allergen food list for correct options but was fairly easy for first time ordering that way there. No apparent cross-contamenation occurred today which can be a risk with general gf chain spots. Will return!!

They do not have a dedicated GF menu what they do have is an allergen menu. Safest option is one of the steaks, with veggies and a baked potato. I am “sensitive” non celiac
Our server was great so this is not directed at him at all. However, the hostess had to go ask the manager for a gluten free menu - and 15 mins later no manager, no menu. I just pulled it up online.
Food was mediocre at best. And it took 5 mins to be seated when there were literally less than 10 people in the entire restaurant.

I can’t really give it any stars bc I didn’t go in, and I’m not sure why it’s on this app. They don’t have anything labeled gluten-free on the menu, and when I called to see if they had gluten-free buns or bread or pasta, they said no. So I’m pretty sure all you can eat here is salad! (and bring your own dressing 😆)
Three days after eating a "gluten-free" salad I am still sick! Later learned they marinate their chicken in a flour mix, but it's on the allergen list as safe!!! Never returning.
