This place used to do fine with gf and I went regularly, but the last the we went the wait person didn't give any confidence about understanding gf. We all know it takes a lot of trust to eat out, and an uninterested wait person can make or break the success of getting an u contaminated meal. So it's hard to predict what experience you will have here.
An allergen list is not useful and keeps me from going back. Not a good experience, there are a lot better places to go in Cary.

I can’t really give it any stars bc I didn’t go in, and I’m not sure why it’s on this app. They don’t have anything labeled gluten-free on the menu, and when I called to see if they had gluten-free buns or bread or pasta, they said no. So I’m pretty sure all you can eat here is salad! (and bring your own dressing 😆)

Three days after eating a "gluten-free" salad I am still sick! Later learned they marinate their chicken in a flour mix, but it's on the allergen list as safe!!! Never returning.

They couldn’t even manage a salad without croutons and dressing…

Ordered a steak, salad and potato thinking it was the least likely to mess up... still ended up sick. Plus the steak and potatoes tasted very gross. My steak seemed more like a burger than steak. Overall super disappointed in the meal, and glutened.
