I went at a time it wasn’t super busy we were one of the only groups there, but they handles it amazingly. I let them know I could not have gluten and if they could change gloves before touching my food. They offered to cook my steak on a separate clean pan to make sure there was no cross contamination.
they were not careful. I had to send 2 of our meals back, then when the waitress said "it will be just a couple minutes" I knew they were just cleaning off our meat. I told her they had to make totally new plates as the breaded items had touched it all. she went running back to the kitchen to stop them. I know I got a new steak because it looked different, no way of knowing if the sides were replaced too. I do not think they were. they obviously have no allergy training.
Asked for the gluten-free/allergen menu right at the door. Server told us that the grill is cleaned after each meal is prepared(each customer). Had steak & grilled salmon, asparagas and broccolli. Food was delicious and prices good. No symptoms other than anxiety. I'm Celiac and would have felt it if there was any contamination.
Our server was great so this is not directed at him at all. However, the hostess had to go ask the manager for a gluten free menu - and 15 mins later no manager, no menu. I just pulled it up online.
Food was mediocre at best. And it took 5 mins to be seated when there were literally less than 10 people in the entire restaurant.
Just miss the O’Charleys of old
I can’t really give it any stars bc I didn’t go in, and I’m not sure why it’s on this app. They don’t have anything labeled gluten-free on the menu, and when I called to see if they had gluten-free buns or bread or pasta, they said no. So I’m pretty sure all you can eat here is salad! (and bring your own dressing 😆)
