95% of the menu is gluten free. They default to corn tortillas for all their dishes. Everything was so delicious and so many options. Staff is well trained and I was told they have special protocols to handle celiac like changing gloves, using separate pots and pans, etc. I brought my Nima and have been here twice and has been 100% each time.
