Review of Obsidian Dining Room

I ate here several times during our week stay in Yellowstone National Park. GF choices are clearly marked on the regular menu and most of the food was delicious. The waitstaff are mostly college students working summer jobs, but most were knowledgeable and I never had a problem. There were GF appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts.
