Celiac knowledge was hit and miss. I brought a Spanish travel card which was helpful. We had better luck in the restaurants but not a lot of options. Food is buffet so there's a high probably of cross contamination. Gluten free food not listed but it's common knowledge that an apple and tomato do not have gluten. One night at the restaurant and the buffet my kids were brought a gluten free carrot cake which they said was tasty. Somewhat disappointed because I booked this place specifically for my celiac kids however it's an amazing resort in the middle of a rainforest. My children are silent so we do not know if they consumed gluten. We were not roal level however I don't believe it would have made a difference the food throughout the buffets and restaurants all seemed to be the same. I think all roal level could do is verify if food is gluten free and/or provide guidance. If you ask and are persistent the same can be achieved.
