The food was safe. All servers carry a print-out sheet making all gluten-free items available. Good system, very helpful. at the breakfast buffet, celiac person in our family ate Greek yogurt, fabulous assortment of fresh fruit salad, sausage, home fries, orange juice. No symptoms after. Bacon & scrambled Agfa also gf. At dinner buffet, celiac person ate beef short ribs, baked beans, salmon, mashed potatoes, salad with balsamic dressing, chicken soup. Additional gf options included chicken, green beans, carrots. Low rating is because the line for the buffet was horrible: our 7:45pm dinner reservation got us in after 8pm, then with buffet line we didn’t eat until 8:45-9:30.

Happy to eat here twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. Good food with helpful staff. Enjoyed the beef ribs, green beans, and salad for dinner and shredded pork, baked beans, and soup (with salad option) for lunch - very limited but extremely filling and delicious options. As a celiac it is always a treat to have any GF options especially in such a remote location as Yellowstone.

EXTREMELY limited knowledge of gluten. Chef was convinced that only food with bread had gluten. TONS of cross contamination on buffet. Fryer not GF.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu

This was not the best food nor dies it have many options, but when you have limited options of places to eat, all you need is food sometimes... I had the GF vegan quinoa and kale soup. I’m super sensitive to both gluten and casein and I didn’t have a reaction to the food. They have GF crackers for the soup (not dairy free though). Note- The menu clearly says there is possible cross contamination but most places like to protect themselves.
Gluten free options marked on menu, but not a ton of options. All the Yellowstone restaurants operated by same company, and serve essentially the same food. In retrospect, this was one of the better options in park.
