The food was safe. All servers carry a print-out sheet making all gluten-free items available. Good system, very helpful. at the breakfast buffet, celiac person in our family ate Greek yogurt, fabulous assortment of fresh fruit salad, sausage, home fries, orange juice. No symptoms after. Bacon & scrambled Agfa also gf. At dinner buffet, celiac person ate beef short ribs, baked beans, salmon, mashed potatoes, salad with balsamic dressing, chicken soup. Additional gf options included chicken, green beans, carrots. Low rating is because the line for the buffet was horrible: our 7:45pm dinner reservation got us in after 8pm, then with buffet line we didn’t eat until 8:45-9:30.
