Review of Olive Garden

There is a very small gluten free menu. I got the G free rotini and primavera sauce with grilled shrimp. Very tasty but the first time I broke out in hives. The second time I felt okay. I wonder if they boil pastas separately or not. I think cross contamination risk is high here.
