They cook all the noodles in the same water. Even the "gluten free" ones. The manager has no idea about gluten free allergies either. I've talked with one of the two higher managers. I would not trust it. The most recent review by “Angela” or the blond lady that give this place five stars is not celiac. Possibly gluten-intolerant, but if she had pasta, then she had noodles that are gluten free, but made in the same boiling water as every other kind of noodles that do contain gluten. If you are celiac, please do not eat here. Their menu only says “gluten-friendly” and if you don’t believe me about the noodles, then click the part on this app that shows the menu and read one of the first few numbers up at the top of the nutritional/allergen menu and see for yourself.

They do have a separate (although limited) GF menu. I had grilled chicken parmesan with GF pasta and red sauce. Salad without croutons as well. Let my server know it was due to allergy and she put in computer for special handling of our food. Delicious and would eat here again.
Yes
Staff is not educated on what gluten is.. Probably due to the fact that the managers don’t know, either. They have a gluten SENSITIVE menu (instead of a Gluten Free) but there’s a risk for cross contamination due to the lack of knowledge among employees in the kitchen, servers, and due to the fact the gluten free pasta is cooked with the normal pasta.

I visited the Paducah KY, Olive Garden last night. I specifically asked if the gluten free pasta was cooked separately from regular pasta. I was assured that it was. After eating what was supposed to be gluten free rotini primavera I became very ill and thought I was going to have to make a trip to the ER. I understand accidents happen but I suspect that the pasta I was given was not in fact gluten free. Possibly by oversight, hopefully not intentional negligence. Beware if you eat here.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. Gluten free options are marked on the menu. A lot of the entrees can be substituted with gf pasta, or you can build your own pasta dish.
Gluten free pasta comes at no extra cost and is really delicious.
Staff is very aware and informed. Our waitress pointed out that the salad we got as a side had been made freshly to avoid any cross-contamination. I felt very safe.

I am gluten intolerant. Before ordering, I asked for a gluten free menu. I had already looked online to see what was offered, just wanted to see if anything new had been added. No actual menu (only online), but our waitress, Kelly, said she needed to get the manager to come speak with me. Afraid of possibly cross-contamination with the pasta dishes, I opted to be safe & ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak with broccoli, & the salad was served without croutons. Salad dressing was served in sealed individual cups. The steak was cooked perfectly & was one of the best steaks from a restaurant that I've had in a long time. I truly appreciated Kelly checking on me numberous times during our meal even though it was a very busy Saturday afternoon. Will definitely be dining there again.

AMAZING experience! They had all allergens listed on the ziosk. When I said I have celiac, they told the kitchen and all servers who would be attending to my table and everything was prepared separately to avoid any cross contamination. They even had separate servers bring out my food to avoid it.

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.
