Review of On the Border

I usually bring my own chips to On the Border but didn't have any this time. We asked the waiter if the chips were fried in a dedicated frier or if they were in the same oil as other things. He said they have two separate lines at this location, with the chips being fried by themselves in the back line. He confirmed with the manager that they were gluten free. I ate a few and waited a few minutes (usually I get a headache pretty quick if there is a problem). I didn't have a reaction. Really nice to not have to worry about bringing my own chips! Note: I am gluten intolerant, not celiac, so still might not be safe for some people.
