I walked up and asked if they had a GF menu. They did not but said all their sauces are GF and they could substitute GF pasta into any of them. I also asked about whether they boil pasta in separate water and they said yes, by request. The hostess went to the back to start the separate boiling water as soon as we sat down. I got the pasta carbonara, one of my favorites, it was great. They also offered bread to my husband (not GF) and knew not to even ask me. It would have been nice to have a menu marked with HF, but I would definitely go there again!

Staff specifically asked if it was a preference or allergy. When I explained I had a mild wheat allergy (tend to have hives and some swelling) she said they would cook the noodles in a separate dedicated pot with water that hadn't been used for other noodles. All sauces were gluten free, and I could choose from spaghetti or penne style noodles. Definitely going back, it was so delicious!

They do NOT cook their gf pasta in separate water. Might as well not have it.

Delicious..didn't get me sick. They can pretty much make any of their pasta dishes gluten free. I had a Crema Bruciata for dessert and I was in heaven. If you enjoy authentic Italian, you will enjoy this place.
