Review of Orbit Cafe - Kennedy Space Center

We ate there lunch recently and they can prepare most of the menu GF. Me and wife asked two persons about cross-contamination and both confirmed that GF options are prepared without risk of cross-contamination! This applies to fries, salads and even sandwiches and burgers prepared with GF bread. This is the most GF-friendly "Park" restaurant we have seen so far and even beats the Disney parks (which have relative safe GF options in our experience).
