Review of Oriental Pearl Restaurant

Food was decent. Charging $3.50 for a soda AND another $3.50 for a refill and then charging my $2 for a side of white rice as it doesn’t come with your meal...not good in my book. I get it’s SF and everything is pricey here but those three charges equaled the amount of my husband’s lunch off the regular menu. Severs all seemed like they were unhappy to be there and just stuck working there. Would I go back? If I needed Chinese food, yes. Would I make a specific point to go back? No.
