Tiny place but the food was great! I had chips, queso, street tacos, and rice— all celiac safe!

I was really excited to eat here but super disappointed with the experience. I ordered the carne asada street tacos, a Brussels sprout taco, and chips and queso. The girl taking the order was super helpful and assured me they had an entirely different process for gluten free tacos. It was totally safe and I feel comfortable recommending it if you don’t have any other options but my tacos were…not good. I LOVE tacos but these were super dry and I couldn’t even finish them. :(

This place is delicious and affordable!! I had the St. Augustine (blackened) and Baja (blackened) tacos with chips and guac. My boyfriend had the San Diego and the Baja (grilled) tacos. We both enjoyed our food and would come back again!

This restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Also they are not pet friendly even on the patio. Due to these reasons, we were not able to eat here.
Amazing experience, 10/10 definitely recommend! Tacos and quesadillas can be made on corn tortillas, and the chips and quest are also safe. My tacos came out marked with a sticker, and “gluten free for celiac” was verbally acknowledged when the order was brought out. On top of that, everything was so delicious!

Ate here twice while on our trip. Loved the blackened shrimp tacos and Baja sauce. I ordered online pickup and loved the ability to mark celiac and gluten free on my order. Felt safe both times and no sickness after eating here.

Some creative tacos. Decent fill in the taco. Sometimes too much going on. The Baja fish was great and the San Diego. It’s eat out side only! Chips were safe.

The Saint Augustine taco was so delicious I could come back just for that. The chicken Tex-Mex was good, but the Saint Augustine stole the spot light. Staff was super friendly and casual beachy atmosphere.

Fantastic! I am a very sensitive celiac and did not get sick at all. Got chips and queso along with three tacos, what a treat! The tacos were very good but just a touch bland.
The service was excellent, the staff was very knowledgeable and my meal came out marked as Celiac.

There isn't a GF menu but they were very knowledgeable, have a dedicated fryer and almost everything could be made GF. And their patio is nice and dog friendly.

We had a great experience here. Great place to go if you are gluten free/celiac. They are very cautious and knowledgeable. I think there are only a handful of items that aren’t gluten free. Even the chips were cooked in a dedicated fryer! 10/10 must visit. Highly recommend

Update: we live close and eat here weekly. We’ve never been glutened. Always our go-to.
They don’t have a dedicated GF menu but when I asked if they had anything gluten free her first response was “are you celiac?” When I said yes she told me they have a dedicated fryer for the corn chips, all sauces and sides are GF and they can make basically everything gluten free and safe for me with a few exceptions. I’m thrilled to find a quick safe place near my house and can’t wait to come back.

Our daughter with Celiacs had a burrito bowl with beef, rice, and beans. The girl who took our order was very knowledgeable about food allergies. We will definitely return when we visit St. Augustine again.

Echoing other reviews here: this place is great for GF. The staff is knowledgeable and has a “celiac protocol,” which they used for my order when I told them I was gluten intolerant. I had The Sprout and Avocado tacos (on corn tortillas) with chips and queso (all made in a separate area/fryer). Delicious!

After reading the reviews we decided to try while in the St Augustine area. So glad we did! The girl working was vegan so knew exactly what I had to avoid (I have a severe milk intolerance) & also assured me it was safe for celiac. Like others have said, they have a dedicated fryer. I could have almost everything in the menu! I have rarely found a place that was possible. I had no issues whatsoever! We’re here in the area for another month & are definitely making this a weekly stop! The food was fantastic, even my husband who has no food issues remarked how awesome it was! Plus… we can take our dog with us!

Service and food were exceptional! We are both GF and DF (allergy) and they had everything denoted properly on the receipt, they had a dedicated fryer, and the person who took our order was very knowledgeable. We felt very safe eating here, and the food was delicious. We wish we would have eaten here earlier in the week so we could have revisited. The corn tortillas were a great texture and taste too!

Wow. Osprey was recommended by a local paddler as the “best tacos” in the region and they just might be! Great tasting tacos on double soft corn tortillas that actually last to the last bite of a juicy taco in perfect condition! No falling apart. A very good range of choices for GF. Very reasonable prices. Very pleasant staff. And they recycle ! I love this place.

I had the avocado taco and the chorizo taco. Both slightly modified from the original menu. Be sure to tell them you have Celiac, as they cook your food separately. Generous portions and the tacos tasted great. Zero negative reaction. Would return.

Amazing staff. Staff is Very Celiac aware and knowledgeable. Owner has a sister with Celiac and strives to keep a safe place fo us to eat. A lot of care with food preparation as well as delivery to the table to ensure no contamination. As others have said, sauces are all GF and dedicated fryer. My 2nd visit and favorite place for street tacos!

Amazing. They asked all the right questions and were proactive about telling me how they handled my gluten free celiac friendly meal. The tacos were amazing. Chips are safe too. I'd come back daily if I lived here 👍👍👍👍

They are catering my wedding completely gluten free and with vegan options. These are the best tacos in St. Augustine!!

Amazing fresh street tacos and the staff is really aware of celiac
I’m bummed I found this little jewel the last day of my vacation, because I’d love to go back! I had the Cuban taco & loved it. The corn chips are fried in a separate fryer so they are GF. Be sure to specify if you have celiac so they take the necessary extra precautions. The gal we ordered with knew her stuff, & I felt confident it was GF. They are definitely used to serving people with severe allergies. My non-GF husband loved his fish tacos and also the chips and guacamole.

The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and aware of celiac disease! Food was delicious! Most of the menu was gluten free and measures are taken to ensure no cross contamination. Separate fryer for chips too!

The staff knows Celiac! They have dedicated fryer for chips and cook your tacos in a separate pan. They dont have any Gluten Free Alcohol options but there is a brewery next door that does and you can go back and forth with food and drinks! One of the best options for tacos in St Augustine!

Nearly everything on the menu is/can be made GF. Staff is super knowledgeable. Staff informed kitchen of gluten allergy so they could clean kitchen, change gloves, etc. Dedicated fryer = chips safe to eat. Super delicious. Highly recommend.
