I was excited to come here after reading the good reviews about the pasta but the waitress (who had a friend w/ celiac and seemed to be knowledgeable) warned that the pasta is made all in the same room w the regular pasta though it is boiled in separate water. I opted to skip the pasta and got the steak which was good but bit of a bummer that I couldn’t have the vast majority of the menu. Everyone else thought their meals were ok. I didn’t get sick though so grateful for that!

One of my very favorite places. Waiters are happy to engage on celiac and the food is outstanding. It’s just a top class restaurant.

Good tasting food, waiter was knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Unfortunately the GF bread is cooked on the same surface as the gluten bread. Ate the potatoes, gluten free pasta with ragu meat sauce, gelato and panna cotta.

I've been here twice and found the waiters to be knowledgeable about cross contamination. I'm very sensitive and haven't gotten sick.
Despite having a number of items on their menu marked as gluten-free, I was served food prepared in a shared fryer. The waitress had assured me that she would inform the chef that I had celiac and cross contamination was an issue. I would doubt the skills of the chefs here in handling food allergies if someone were to suggest la Spiga again.
