I went to this location yesterday. I noticed that the bottom of the menu had a statement along the lines of not suitable for those with celiac disease and they could not guarantee no gluten would be present. I had eaten at other Otto's and I have an allergy versus celiac disease so I decided to risk it. Big mistake. After a few pieces I felt sore and uncomfortable but figured it may be related to being in the sun all day. Later I had another piece and I felt awful after 30 minutes. I wish I had been more cautious and I would also caution people who are allergic to gluten to avoid this location (along with those with celiac).

Update. When I ordered gf pizza recently, they called me and told me If I am sensitive with celiac, I should not order their pizza. ..... I will not be ordering there any longer based on their recommendations....

When we want good gf flat pizza, it's Ottos. The toppings are delicious and when non gf ppl eat my pizza, they say it's awesome. Good to know.... I forget what it's suppose to be like

Finally GF pizza done right!!! Even tasted great warmed over!! I told them I had a food allergy and they took precaution to clean the area they were making my pizza on. I did not get sick and I can't have any cross contamination. I will get very sick. The crust was thin, crunchy and buttery! I had the mashed potato and bacon. It was great! Will go back!! Definitely a better experience here then there Comm Ave location!!

Not celiac friendly. Got sick after eating here -- and GF crust is similar to what you find in frozen food section of the grocery store.

Ordered gf pizza delivered, wonderful! Great real crust, will be new place for pizza!

They can do most things on the menu gluten free. The server was extremely safe and knowledgeable. Food was really good.

Warning! Do NOT eat here at the South Boston location if you have celiac! They do not take them seriously. Guy who took my order said “yes” to all of my questions about safety protocols, then likely didn’t follow any of them. My daughter was violently ill within 5 mins of eating the pizza. Avoid this location at all costs!
