Delicious pizza and haven’t gotten sick any time I’ve had it!

Knowledgeable staff and great pizza!! We were told GF pizzas come with a pan underneath so no cross contamination with pans. Right across the street from Boston University

I order from here all of the time (if I’m ever ordering pizza, 99% of the time it’s from Ottos). I’m highly sensitive to cross-contamination but have never had an issue if they know it’s an allergy. Also, their pizza is **extremely** tasty. The gluten free crust is pretty exceptional

It was fine. Waited a long time for my pizza. Too long actually. But pizza was good and the leftovers heated up nicely the next day. Would go again
Extremely irresponsible- they don’t tell people they are not celiac/allergy safe. Flour is everywhere. Someone thought it was safe to take my little one there because the waitress said it was “gluten free”(!!!) and she just threw up.
No
Not celiac safe; risk of cross contamination is very high.
No
They gave me a # to put in front of me so they could bring my pizza. The waitress came so quickly (wasn't too busy) put down my pizza and said tortellini pizza and grabbed my #and went off. No chance for me to tell her it was wrong. Finally got another waitress and she was confused why I ordered GF pizza with tortellini. I told her I did have a wheat allergy and knew I couldn't eat tortellini so I would never order it. She made another one. I thought it tasted pretty good but after eating it I got sick. Cross contamination.
Yes
Ate here a few times without incident, and it was tasty, great topping combos. But I got a terrible reaction the last time (when ordering delivery from the BU location). I skip Otto for Stone Hearth Allston now, and haven't had a reaction so far. They have better kitchen prep practices by far.
No
Not celiac friendly. The pizza I got wasn't all that great either.
No
They do not have a separate prep station for their gluten free pizzas. If you have celiacs I would not recommend getting their gluten free pizza because of cross contamination. Staff did point this out and they state it online.
No
The store has a sign at the register that suggests that the pizza is not safe for celiacs. Pizza was small and I did feel slightly ill afterwards.
No
Workers were friendly had gluten free bases and did a glove change

Ordered gf pizza delivered, wonderful! Great real crust, will be new place for pizza!
They can do most things on the menu gluten free. The server was extremely safe and knowledgeable. Food was really good.
