Had a great meal, server was very aware, informed the kitchen and manager and I had a great meal. The sweet potato was excellent, as was the steak and shrimp combo I had.
Separate GF menu. Ate grilled chicken and broccoli and was glutened.

Outback servers and cooks are all very helpful and understanding of the special needs and requests. I love going here and knowing I don't have to worry.
They had a gluten-free menu, and I mentioned that I was an allergy person. We made the point that I could not eat the appetizers or the complimentary bread. I ordered the 6oz sirloin with grilled shrimp, broccoli, and potato. When my order arrived it had the shrimp on a slice of bread. They took full responsibility for the mistake. Our waitress apologized and so did the one delivering the food. The waitress said she knew, but forgot to put it in the right way. They remade me a whole plate even swapping the potato I had originally ordered for a sweet potato on my next plate. It was spicier than I like, but otherwise, it was a good experience. The manager even came out to make sure everything had worked out.
The waiter was super knowledgeable about CC and ensured that the kitchen is great about ensuring no CC. The salad was great and I had no reaction.
They have a great gluten free menu and waiter was really knowledgeable about celiac.
I was shocked to find out they had a separate GF menu and the waitress seemed knowledgeable and comfortable with the topic. I was there with a group of 6 people and when the food arrived another staff member brought out my GF dish 1st. So far so good. No reactions. It's been a few hours and I would usually know soon after eating if I had an exposure.
