I've frequented this Outback many times. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and will work with your diet. Being GFCF they assured me they cook the ribs over an open flame, not on a shared grill, and would ensure that my dinner was prepared GFCF. I had the ribs without the BBQ sauce and a side of asparagus. The manager, Vita, came over as I ordered to make sure my questions were answered and that they understood my needs. Another great experience here at Outback!
VERY DISAPPOINTING! Writing this review as we sit waiting for our dinner. Waited 40 min when they said 15 to get table. Server not very knowledgeable about GF. Tried to be accommodating but was all over the place. Had to wait 20 min to get a drink after asking 3 times. Still waiting for meal, not convinced it will be as we ordered it,very skeptical. Hoping for the best. Stay tuned....ok...so dinner came and as feared did not come out as ordered. We had to ask for mustard 3 times until the manager came over herself and replaced one entree and for our trouble took it off the bill. Just sitting and waiting we kept hearing multiple servers apologize for lots of different things. While they tried to accommodate this is not a place I would recommend or go back to. That is unfortunate because it is the only advertised GF restaurant in this area.
Ordered from dedicated gluten free. Many options!

I have gone to this location multiple times and have not gotten sick. The wait staff is very familiar with gluten free protocol.

Decided to try outback since there were good chain reviews, but the service and food quality here was lacking. They did offer a GF menu, but options did still feel limited. I got the sirloin steak, baked potato, and a house salad. Steak was cooked well, but bland. Baked potato was drenched in butter, which I was not expecting. No burger options for GF.
My husband got normal, gluten filled food, and it was also sub par. We thought it was funny that his burger bun was falling apart as badly as GF buns do! I had little pitty for him lol
We got the chocolate thunder down under dessert, which was yummy, but very very rich.
All in all, it was over priced for the quality of food we got. I did not have a reaction, so good on that front.

AMAZING! My husband and I ordered out and I put on my order celiac just to give them a heads up since I did order a salad and a couple items that could come in contact with gluten. They went above and beyond! They not only made sure that nothing with gluten was on or near my food, they packed my items in one bag and marked it with an allergy note and then packed my husbands items separately and when they brought out our food they even double checked that everything was okay that was in the bag!

ordered from the gluten-free menu (filet mignon & lobster, a house salad w/ no croutons and mashed potatoes). house salad came with crouton crumbs on it. when i asked a waiter if they could fix it for me and i pointed out the crumbs and how it looked like the croutons were put on and taken off, they tried telling me that the workers change their gloves every salad and that they "didn't do that", but they brought a new one anyway. the owner even came over and said the same thing. did not feel safe at all eating here. the lobster was really good but i was pretty upset with the salad experience.
