Review of Outback Steakhouse

I honestly should give one star but my waitress was “nice” but totally Uneducated when it came to GF. My family went to LEGOland and was exhausted afterwards so we trusted Outback as an option for dinner because it was conveniently located near our hotel and we trusted the chain. They presented me with a beautifully organized and separate GF menu BUT THEN kept messing up my order after I specifically told them I had a gluten allergy and was ordering off the GF menu that was given to me. My first salad came out with breaded chicken so I sent it back and then my second salad (attempt) came out with croutons!! Long story short....she told me I “shouldn’t expect the kitchen to know what gluten is” 🤷🏼‍♀
