Stopped in for dinner, Outback has a gluten free menu. As always, let the server know that you need to eat gluten free. I had the ribeye steak which was cooked as requested, baked potato and salad. Very nice experience.

This was my last and final time ever eating at an Outback. The menu is overpriced, the steaks are tiny and small for $20. Our food was not correct, the waiter didn’t check on us not even one time. Then we asked for the bill and asked her to take off the items we didn’t receive. She brings it back telling me she took them off hoping i was dumb enough to not look at it. It was a horrible Mother’s Day experience and once again I was sorely disappointed in Outback. No matter where we go to one it’s not what it used to be
Normally, Outback does an excellent job with handling my order as a celiac. This location I'm sure was just an exception. My food came out not only on the same tray as the rest of our group, but the plate was actually touching the sandwich on another plate. Our server served my plate last with bare hands after touching the plate with the sandwich. It was a disappointment, but like I wrote earlier, my visit and/or this location is probably the exception.
Ordered from dedicated gluten free. Many options!

I have gone to this location multiple times and have not gotten sick. The wait staff is very familiar with gluten free protocol.

Decided to try outback since there were good chain reviews, but the service and food quality here was lacking. They did offer a GF menu, but options did still feel limited. I got the sirloin steak, baked potato, and a house salad. Steak was cooked well, but bland. Baked potato was drenched in butter, which I was not expecting. No burger options for GF.
My husband got normal, gluten filled food, and it was also sub par. We thought it was funny that his burger bun was falling apart as badly as GF buns do! I had little pitty for him lol
We got the chocolate thunder down under dessert, which was yummy, but very very rich.
All in all, it was over priced for the quality of food we got. I did not have a reaction, so good on that front.

AMAZING! My husband and I ordered out and I put on my order celiac just to give them a heads up since I did order a salad and a couple items that could come in contact with gluten. They went above and beyond! They not only made sure that nothing with gluten was on or near my food, they packed my items in one bag and marked it with an allergy note and then packed my husbands items separately and when they brought out our food they even double checked that everything was okay that was in the bag!

ordered from the gluten-free menu (filet mignon & lobster, a house salad w/ no croutons and mashed potatoes). house salad came with crouton crumbs on it. when i asked a waiter if they could fix it for me and i pointed out the crumbs and how it looked like the croutons were put on and taken off, they tried telling me that the workers change their gloves every salad and that they "didn't do that", but they brought a new one anyway. the owner even came over and said the same thing. did not feel safe at all eating here. the lobster was really good but i was pretty upset with the salad experience.
