Review of Outback Steakhouse

I was so excited to eat here. They have a gluten free menu and brought out my salad saying it was gluten free. I ate a few bites and was so excited and then I hit a crouton. There was a crouton mixed into my salad. I guess I'm about to find out what happens when I get glutened.. the manager came out and apologized heavily - said it was the servers fault for bringing the wrong salad - said he'd take care of our meal and bring it all out personally and watch it getting cooked. I may risk coming here again - I haven't decided yet
