The waitress had no clue what gluten free meant. I told her totally gluten free she said, so no cheese and cucumbers? I'm not celiac but have very bad pain after eating gluten. The salad was fine. The seared tuna was like plastic and was covered in seasoning. The menu even states their seasoning isn't safe! I got a dry sweet potato...super yummy but who can mess up a sealed veggie?! overall I'd say call and speak to the manager before going to be sure they are up on their training and will ensure you will be safe. -the options are super limited in this area, they should be on top of it. Good amount of items on menu, when done correctly.
