Waiter made sure manager was aware of allergy. Staff made food in separate containers, double checked ingredients, and wore gloves.
It’s a steakhouse so there’s a lot of options just be careful about spices
I was excited to see a dedicated GF menu. Waitress seemed to be knowledgeable with the GF menu since she gave it to me but I had to mention several times I was ordering from this menu and how severe my intolerance was and could not have gluten nor cross contamination. She never acknowledge me. My items such as my bake potato cake closed with topping separately but there had to been contamination because I later became very sick!!!! Be aware.

They have an allergy menu online and will label your order gf. We had the worst server ever (he messed up at least three different things, a few twice), and the food was almost inedible. For the prices just go to medium rare. But it is safe.
We went for dinner and when it arrived there was bread under my shrimp. They quickly removed it and put in a reorder. The waitress and manager were very apologetic and my order was remade. They kept apologizing but everything was good. Would go back again.
I have eaten at this and other Outback restaurants successfully for years. They have a separate gluten free menu with many options. Today I have a steak, house salad and broccoli. Other times I get the grilled chicken and baked potato
Ordered the grilled shrimp, baked potato & steamed veggies. The server was great, I saw the ticket that came out, he really did his best but I still got violently ill.
Im sad they didn’t have gf fries but food was good. Waitress was super knowledgeable and careful too!
