All the dishes were dirty. manager brought out "clean" salads that had cheese after telling them about an additional dairy allergy. I only gave one star because you can't give them no stars. Manager did not seem to care.
They picked the croutons off my salad once and I wasn't pleased with the managers response. I did get sick.
They actually have a menu and the server was knowledge.

I normally always have a great experience at outback, never gotten sick. one crazy thing at this one was I got a fry on my plate by accident and I reported it since I ate half the plate b/f I found it and they are not on the GF menu. the manager came out and swore to me the fries are GF, cooked separately etc. the next time I ordered fries and a different manager told me they were not fried separate. frustration! I don't know what the deal is but I didn't get sick

They have an allergy menu online and will label your order gf. We had the worst server ever (he messed up at least three different things, a few twice), and the food was almost inedible. For the prices just go to medium rare. But it is safe.
We went for dinner and when it arrived there was bread under my shrimp. They quickly removed it and put in a reorder. The waitress and manager were very apologetic and my order was remade. They kept apologizing but everything was good. Would go back again.
I have eaten at this and other Outback restaurants successfully for years. They have a separate gluten free menu with many options. Today I have a steak, house salad and broccoli. Other times I get the grilled chicken and baked potato
Ordered the grilled shrimp, baked potato & steamed veggies. The server was great, I saw the ticket that came out, he really did his best but I still got violently ill.
Im sad they didn’t have gf fries but food was good. Waitress was super knowledgeable and careful too!
