Review of Outback Steakhouse

I live in Atlanta, work in the food service industry as a food safety educator/consultant and I am gluten-free. I drive past 2 other Outback locations to drive nearly 20 miles to visit this Outback.

They have an extended GF menu and a staff that is well versed in the nuances of cross-contamination. They also have a dedicated fryer and all my gluten eating friends say that a Gluten Free Bloomin' Onion is much tastier than regular one.
