Outback is the worst. They try to gluten me EVERY single time I go at any location I have tried. It happend two or three times at this specific location. They completly ruined a special event for me. They couldnt even get my salad right. I waited over an hour to eat anything while the rest of my group had both bread and appetizers and I still didn't even have a salad. I was in tears by the time it was over since it was supposed to be my special day and I was so hungry. After the last time I am done. I order off the gluten free menu. I tell the server I have a gluten allergy and my reactions are severe hoping they will take it seriously. I even ask them to please personally let the kitchen know I can't have any gluten and to please please please not put any bread on my plate. Server always responds absolutely I will make sure I tell them myself. I always order the shrimp off the gluten free menu. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. my shrimp still comes out sitting on top of a slice of bread in the middle of my plate and by the time they remake my order everyone else has finished eating while I sit there starving. Never have they offered me money back for my trouble. This is not just at one location. I've tried several in different cities with the same experience each time.

Ordered a salad prepared gluten free but later experienced symptoms when my food is cross contaminated.
Outback is our go-to when we want a safe meal with no surprises. This was one more location we enjoyed with no concerns. Kudos to Outback for providing consistency when it is needed.

My company wanted to order us a holiday lunch. We order with outback. My food was marked gluten free and put in its own bag. It was a great experience.

I went there for dinner with my boyfriend and explained to our server that i had celiac disease. He came back with a gluten free menu with a variety of options, i felt so comfortable eating there and my dinner was amazing! he explained to me that they take it very seriously and that he will explain to the cooks and write an extra note. It was an 100/10 experience for me.

I was on a trip to Splash Lagoon with family and was very hesitant to eat here as I get sick at one closest to where I live. I ate here with no issues! I got the wedge salad and loaded baked potato. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful!

This place was awful from our walk in to our overall experience! First thing when we got there the hostess told us that they only had one table available by the bar, but when I looked around only a few tables were occupied and mostly by the bar. She went on to instruct us that all the other tables were dirty!! My husband did not want to create a scene so we sat down and decided to order simple and had burgers mine with no bun. I did not get sick from the food or at least not yet but I will never return to this restaurant!! Very sad that the manager didn’t even try or get someone to clean off all those tables including wait staff!
