We got takeout once last summer and again yesterday. Both times requested strictly GF for celiac, and had no problems. We order veggie roll & tamago because that’s what celiac person wants. Everyone else got assorted sushi and we were all very happy with dinner, no symptoms. They didn’t have gf soy sauce packets to go, but we had our own at home.

When I asked if the Kani was gluten free the waitress didn't know what I meant, so I asked her if there was any wheat. She said she didn't know, it come in a package. So I asked her if she could find out. I was told there was a little. So instead of buying the $5.50 roll (California roll) which is what I wanted, I had to get the King Crab roll which cost over $11 and was only 6 pieces! It didn't have much taste and was way over priced. And of course when I asked if they had gluten free soy sauce the answer was no. Waitress not knowledgeable or accommodating. Not recommended for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.
