When I asked if the Kani was gluten free the waitress didn't know what I meant, so I asked her if there was any wheat. She said she didn't know, it come in a package. So I asked her if she could find out. I was told there was a little. So instead of buying the $5.50 roll (California roll) which is what I wanted, I had to get the King Crab roll which cost over $11 and was only 6 pieces! It didn't have much taste and was way over priced. And of course when I asked if they had gluten free soy sauce the answer was no. Waitress not knowledgeable or accommodating. Not recommended for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.
