Manager and waiters incredibly knowledgeable about celiac disease and how to take proper precautions. They can guide you through the menu, and most of it can be prepared safe for celiac. They have gluten free tamari that they use instead of soy sauce. Eaten here many times with full confidence, and I’ve never had any issues (extremely sensitive to cross-contamination)
