I’ve never eaten at a Japanese restaurant so this was a real treat! The menu isn’t marked, but most things can be made gluten free. All but two of the ramen dishes can be made gluten free using tofu noodles (just ask for them to be cooked in separate water). As someone in a previous review stated, there is tamari on the tables rather than soy sauce, so that is safe as well. Our waitress was quite knowledgeable about celiac and cross contact, so I had no concerns about my food. We had sushi and ramen, all of which was incredible. Such a treat!

Really safe spot for celiacs and delicious ramen options. They have GF tofu noodles, they are different from traditional ramen noodles but had a good bite to them and worked well. Menu is not marked but the staff were very familiar with cross contamination including shared fryers and helped me navigate the safe options. Did not get sick.

So much of the menu can be modified to be gluten free. They carry gluten free noodles for the ramen (ask to have cooked in separate water). The waitstaff is very knowledgeable. The soy sauce on the tables is GF tamari (prob worth double checking just in case it ever changes). Only downside is that items are not marked on the menu - you need to check with the server.
