Review of Pai Men Miyake

Really safe spot for celiacs and delicious ramen options. They have GF tofu noodles, they are different from traditional ramen noodles but had a good bite to them and worked well. Menu is not marked but the staff were very familiar with cross contamination including shared fryers and helped me navigate the safe options. Did not get sick.
