The cashier has a separate list of what can be made gluten free. I got the fresh catch platter and chose charbroiled with rice and home potatoes and Cole slaw. I am never a fan of Cole slaw but I actually like this. The home potatoes were very flavorful and the ono was fresh. The portions are huge. Since it is fresh catch it is market prices. I am stuffed and it was excellent. Frier has gluten so nothing fried is an option. They also have salads and corn tortilla tacos
I ended up going 5 times and tried the Ono, snapper and mahi mahi. I liked the sautéed preparation best. This was such a good find. Highly recommend!
