Amazing gelato flavors! Everything is gluten free except for those with toppings/inclusions like Oreos. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.

Staff was able to point out which gelato is Gluten Free. They have both Dairy and Non-Dairy options. The many of the Dairy options had toppings - crumbles, cookies, etc. - that put the Dairy options without toppings at risk of cross contamination. However, the Non-Dairy options are in a separate section and had no toppings. Each option has its own spoon. I had a mix of the Lemon and Lime Gelato and it was quite creamy. Wouldn’t have know they were Non-Dairy if they hadn’t have told me.

Awful service. Unable to say whether flavors were GF or not. Refused to serve from container in the back or from the front of the display despite being told I am celiac and asking for a medical reason. I’ve never had that happen at any other ice cream place before, in any city. Staff could not care less. Avoid at all costs. I’ve never posted a restaurant review before but was so pissed after visiting this one I posted my first one!!

Many of their gelato flavors were GF. Some were dairy free. However, they refused to scoop from a new place in the tub for “display purposes.” They were rude about it as well. Their need for a pretty display outweighs customer health. They have cones, so anyone with Celiac disease or who is sensitive cannot eat here, as they will only scoop from the same place that they have scooped for cones. She said she would use a new scoop, but that was all she’d do. When I explained that other gelato places will scoop from a different area with a fresh spoon for those with Celiac, her response was quite rude. She also said she was “pretty sure” no cones were scooped from the flavors I wanted, but “pretty sure” is very unsafe for someone with Celiac. We left due to their lack of accommodation and poor customer service, so I can’t speak to taste. Worst customer service for GF on the island.

Offers gluten free gelato, gluten free bagels for sandwiches as well as lettuce wraps. You can have a picnic lunch and purchase an insulated cooler bag for the ride or stop here for dinner on the long flight home on the airplane like we did!
